Haestus is operated by PayPro LLC, dba Haestus — an AI implementation studio based in Utah, USA. You can reach us at hello@haestus.dev for any privacy-related questions.
What we collect
We collect the minimum amount of information required to operate the website and respond to inquiries. Specifically:
- Contact form submissions — name, email, business name, message, tier interest, source. Stored in our Supabase database.
- Newsletter signups — email address only. Stored in our Supabase database.
- Page analytics — anonymized page views, referrer, and viewport size via Vercel Analytics. No personal identifiers.
- Cookies — minimal session cookies for booking integrations (Cal.com). No tracking cookies, no third-party advertising pixels.
What we do with it
- Contact form data is used to respond to your inquiry and follow up on engagement opportunities. We do not sell, share, or transfer this data to third parties.
- Newsletter signups receive periodic updates about Haestus services, insights, and product launches. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
- Analytics data is aggregated for product decisions about the website itself.
Third-party services
- Vercel — hosting, CDN, analytics
- Supabase — database for contact and newsletter records
- Cal.com — booking integration on the contact page
- Anthropic, OpenAI — model providers used inside the chatbot concierge (no message content is retained beyond the active session)
Your rights
You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, or request its deletion, by emailing hello@haestus.dev. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the website footer and, where relevant, by email to active clients.
