Any paid project engagement with Haestus is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties before work begins. The MSA governs deliverables, timelines, payment terms, IP transfer, and warranty coverage. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide services — formal proposals are issued separately.
Pricing tiers shown on this website (Foundation, Engine, Ecosystem) are starting ranges. Final project pricing depends on scope, timeline, and complexity, and is confirmed in the SOW before work begins.
We believe in client ownership. Per our standard contract terms, all code, content, designs, and infrastructure built for a client engagement transfer to the client on project completion. The Haestus brand, logos, methodology names, and the contents of this website remain the property of PayPro LLC.
Our total liability for any claim related to website content is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount paid by you in the past 12 months. For client engagements, liability is governed by the MSA and is generally capped at the project fee.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
